POSTAGE COSTS
All orders are delivered to you in the Netherlands by PostNL. Free shipping on orders over €100. Shipping costs under €100 start at €5. Returning your order within the Netherlands costs €5. All your purchases are delivered by PostNL. PostNL is among the best in Europe when it comes to the quality of domestic delivery times. PostNL's regular delivery days are: Tuesday to Saturday.
WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE BE DELIVERED?
If you order on working days before 17:00, your package will be shipped the same day within the Netherlands, provided that all items are in stock, and delivered a maximum of two days later. If your order fits through the letterbox and you order on working days after 16:30, it is possible that the letterbox package will be delivered one day later. As soon as we have offered your package for shipment, you will receive an e-mail with a track & trace code. With this, you can check on the PostNL website https://mijnpakket.postnl.nl/inbox, what time you can expect the driver for package delivery.
NO DELIVERY TO NEIGHBORS
If you do not want delivery to your neighbours, you can indicate this when completing your order by choosing the shipping method 'No delivery to neighbours'. In that case, PostNL will only offer the package to you. Packages with increased liability will not be delivered to your neighbours. These packages will be offered to you a second time. If you are not at home during the second attempt, you can collect the shipment from one of the PostNL Post Offices with the message from the delivery person.
DAYTIME DELIVERY WITH CHOICE OF DELIVERY TIME
Have your parcels delivered during the day on a date of your choice
EVENING DELIVERY WITH CHOICE OF DELIVERY TIME
Have your parcels delivered in the evening between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM on a date of your choice.
IDENTIFICATION
When collecting your package at a pick-up point, you must always bring a valid form of identification.
INCREASED LIABILITY
Packages with a value above EUR 250 or outside the Netherlands are always sent with increased liability. These packages can therefore not be offered to the neighbors.
NOT HOME
If PostNL cannot deliver a package to you, PostNL will offer it to your neighbours as standard (provided you have chosen not to deliver to your neighbours). If the package delivery to your neighbours is also not successful, you will receive a message from the delivery person. This message contains a 'not-at-home code'. With this code, you can choose a second package delivery on a day, time slot and location that suits you better on the website https://mijnpakket.postnl.nl/inbox .
PACKAGE PICKUP
If you and your neighbours are not at home during the second presentation and have not been able to receive your package, you can collect the shipment with the message from the delivery person at one of the PostNL Post Offices, this is usually the Post Office that is closest to you. You have two weeks to do this. After that, the shipment will be returned to us. If you are going to collect your shipment, you must always identify yourself.
TAKE CONVENIENCE AND HAVE YOUR PACKAGE DELIVERED DIRECTLY TO A POSTNL POST OFFICE
Those who shop online no longer need to stay home to receive their order. You can also choose to have your package delivered to a PostNL Post Office when placing your order by selecting “PakjeGemak”. This way, you decide where and when you pick up your order. For example, in the evening at the supermarket or at one of the other PostNL Post Offices. You can choose from more than 2000 Post Offices that are located at easily accessible locations with long opening hours. There is always one nearby.
LETTERBOX PACKAGE
If your order fits through the letterbox, we will send it in a letterbox package with track & trace. If you order on workdays after 16:30, it is possible that the letterbox package will be delivered one day later. If you would rather not have this, you can choose to have your order sent in a box anyway.
RETURN POLICY
If you want to return an item, we are happy to help you. Below you will find our terms and conditions and a step-by-step plan for returning items.
You have the right to return an order up to 14 days after receipt. The costs for returning are at your own expense.
If you decide to return a product, the product must be returned including all supplied accessories, in its original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged.
To start the return process, you must complete the return form in full. This form can be requested by email via info@myskinproducts.nl.
After receiving the item in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount to your bank account within 14 days.
Conditions for return:

The product must not be damaged, used or opened and must be in the original packaging.

If an order is returned, it must be returned in its entirety, including any free products that were included. Missing items will be charged or offset against the amount to be refunded.

You may assess the product as you would in a physical store, but do not open it and do not turn any caps or closures. If the seal is broken, we unfortunately cannot take the product back.
Did you receive a wrong or damaged product? Always check your order before use. Products may not be used and then returned, especially when it concerns hygiene products that can no longer be sold.
The costs and risk of return shipment are always for your own account. We advise you to return your package by registered mail, so that you are assured of correct handling.
Do you want to exchange the article for another product? In that case too, the shipping costs for the new product are at your own expense.
